Minimum Qualifications Required:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field from a regionally accredited institution, or significant progress toward the degree with anticipated completion date within 1 year
One year experience in related position
Understanding of and commitment to College purpose, values, and vision
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to accurately compile records and monitor information/data in an organized manner
Excellent computer skills and commitment to use of technology
Competence in using Microsoft office and other software applications
Ability to work interdependently in close team environment
Ability to manage multiple activities at once and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with and appreciation for the mission of a comprehensive community college

Position Description
Description:
The Part-time Business Services Specialist reports to the Director, Operational Accounting and performs the following functions:
Manages deposits and daily reports for student ID cards
Performs the review and closeout process for procurement card transactions and reviews credit limits on Business Office procurement cards
Assisting other Business Office staff when needed
Responds timely to inquiries by students, faculty, and staff.
The ability to prepare the Daily Bank Deposit.
Assist with printing College ID cards for students, faculty, and staff.
Provides data entry, filing, record retrieval, and reporting both manually and electronically
Works collaboratively with other staff to develop cross-training opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Maintains office equipment and inventory of supplies.
Attends Division and College meetings and events.
Performs other duties as assigned, which support the purpose and initiatives of the College.
