Position Description
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The College and Career Readiness LEIS Assistant is an administrative position that will work in conjunction with the Data Specialist to maintain student and program data.
This is a part-time position allowing no more than 25 hours a week. Schedule can be flexible dependent on program needs.
DUTIES:
College and Career Readiness LEIS Assistant works alongside the College and Career Readiness Data Specialist to collect, enter, and maintain student data from the Literacy Education Information form (LEIS). Other duties include maintaining student files, creating students IDs, registering students, entering attendance, creating reports, and assisting the Data Specialist with other responsibilities. Strong attention-to-detail and the ability to work independently are crucial to this role.
