Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in education, counseling or closely related field with three years’ experience in at least one of those fields; minimum 18 years old; detail oriented; able to multitask and work with diverse populations to administer standardized tests; speak English fluently; obtain and maintain DPS security clearance; valid driver’s license required; able to work various work schedules to include evenings and occasional Saturdays; and able to lift 25 pounds.

Position Description
Uphold the integrity of the High School Equivalency (HSE) testing program and test centers in PCC’s service area; serve as primary contact with HiSET and Pearson VUE; meet and maintain compliance of HiSET and GED test centers; administer HiSET and GED testing and submit tests to the appropriate test vendor; provide special accommodations testing per HiSET and GED test requirements; provide excellent customer service; provide reports by deadline as required; and troubleshoot computer based tests’ technical issues.
