Minimum Qualifications
AAS degree in Historic Preservation or at least five years experience in restoration, preservation, and carpentry with at least two years teaching experience. Must know how to use historic woodworking tools, understand preservation standards, and work with Secretary of Interior Standards for Preservation. Need knowledge of historic construction methods including timber framing, interior woodworking, plaster, historic painting and finishing, and have the understanding of rehab code for historic properties, knowledge of historic architecture, and knowledge of applying green building technologies to historic structures.

Position Description
Adjunct instructor needed to teach preservation/restoration approximately 20 contact hours per week.
