Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree required from a regionally accredited institution in a business related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Three or more years of business experience in an ownership or management capacity preferred.
Position Description
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the NC IDEA Ecosystem Grant through December 2022.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist in recruiting up to 10 businesses to participate in the Scale Up program.
Identify Subject Matter Experts to contract as instructors for the program.
Develop a curriculum-based training that includes education on business scaling, exporting/importing, employee training, bonding, customer service, human resources and finances (accounting and taxes).
Identify and contract auditors.
Identify Subject Matter Experts for technical assistance projects.
Select vendors for resource fair and handle the planning of the event.
Conduct required class visits as outlined in the accountability and credibility plan.
Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of Nash Community College.
