Position Description
1. Sets up, tests and breaks down AV equipment.
2. Provides technical support for HCC clients and staff, including virtual components.
3. Troubleshoots and resolves any issues with equipment or internet, work with CPCC ITS as needed.
4. Performs routine maintenance and repair of audio-visual equipment.
5. Designs and schedules graphics and messaging for HCC digital signage. Maintains equipment as necessary.
6. Records and/or films, and digitally edits meeting sessions per client contracts.
7. Communicates and responds directly to on-site client inquiries and requests to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
8. Provides consistent communication with Harris Conference Center sales, planning and operational staff.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
