High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years secretarial experience, or an Associate's degree in a related field, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, required.
Experience in personnel and/or payroll office, specifically with duties related to employment benefits, preferred.
Provide clerical assistance and support to assist in the effective operation of the Office of Personnel Services and Workplace Safety. Maintain health and supplemental benefit elections for all employees; assist with annual reporting requirements such as HR-IPEDS and the Staff Information Report; process health benefit elections for ACA reporting; process employee terminations; serve as back up Front Desk Receptionist for the Administration Building; scan records; prepare routine correspondence; file, answer phones, and assist faculty, staff, and applicants for employment as needed.
Salary: $10.00 per hour/20 hours per week from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Start Date: June 1, 2021.
