Responsible for serving as the College's liaison for providing student recruitment and school-based student support services primarily in Onslow County high schools.  Interact with high school administration, academic and career technical education coordinators, teachers, school counselors, and staff to provide college-related transition services for high school students; provide regular liaison in all Onslow County high schools; conduct regular follow up and contact for prospective students; and perform other duties as assigned.  This is a daytime position with some scheduled evening work.

Salary:  $18.00 per hour; 25 hours per week.

Start Date:  July 1, 2021.

Closing Date:  June 11, 2021, or open until filled.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.  Excellent oral/written communication skills and Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer skills, required.  A Bachelor's degree in education or counseling is preferred.  Minimum three (3) years successful work experience in middle or high school setting, preferred.  Current/prior North Carolina School licensure preferred.
