High school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and customer service skills, required.
Minimum of six (6) months clerical/receptionist/customer service experience, familiarity with Coastal Community College campus, and the ability to work extended hours with schedule flexibility, preferred.
Greet and direct visitors, students, faculty, and staff to appropriate locations; announce visitors for Administration Building offices; provide clerical assistance and support to the Office of Personnel Services and Workplace Safety, and other departments in the Administration Building, as required. Periodically serve as relief switchboard operator.
Salary: $13.00 per hour/20 hours per week from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Start Date: July 20, 2022.
Closing Date: July 6, 2022, or open until filled.
