Successful completion of CIS 110 or CIS 115, required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
A+ certification, or an IT degree, preferred. The ability to navigate the College website, My CCCC, and Blackboard, preferred.
Assist students, faculty, and staff with software, hardware, network connection and internet issues by phone, email, in person, remotely, and any other method required. Utilize incident tracking system to record work requested, and completed.
Salary: $9.00 per hour.
Hours: Days and evening/night shifts, available.
Start Date: June 1, 2021.
