Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of CIS 110, CIS 115, or equivalent, required.  Must have a valid drivers license and ability to obtain access and driving privileges for sites on Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River.  With or without accommodations, must have ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, crawl under desks, secure cabling, climb ladders, and push/pull utility carts. 

Preferred Qualifications

A+ certification, or an IT degree, preferred.  The ability to navigate the College website, My CCCC, and Blackboard, preferred.

Position Description

Assist with information systems needs as directed on campus and off-campus sites.  Assist students, faculty, and staff with software, hardware, network connection and internet issues by phone, email, in person, remotely, driving to locations, and any other method required.  Utilize incident tracking system to record work requested, and work being done.

Salary:  $15.00 per hour.

Hours:  Up to 25 hours per week varying between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Start Date:  November 1, 2022.

Closing Date:  October 16, 2022, or open until filled.
