The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities.  Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate.  Perform routine HVAC preventative maintenance.  Must have HVAC working knowledge and be EPA certified.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $15.00 per hour.
Starting Date: June 17, 2024.
Closing Date: Open until filled.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina drivers license. Must have HVAC experience, working knowledge, and be EPA certified.
