High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of lineman experience, required. Must have current CDL, or the ability to obtain one.
Teaching experience and substaination and/or transmission experience preferred.
Provide classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry, including how to install and repair electrical power systems. In conjunction with the Powerline Technician Training Supervisor, evaluate and improve program quality; stay abreast of regulations applicable to electrical line work such as OSHA and NESC; advise students; and complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of lineman experience, required. Must have a current Class A CDL, or the ability to obtain one. Teaching experience and substation and/or transmission experience preferred. This position may involve day and some evening hours.
Salary: Minimum of $18.00 per hour.
Start Date: September 10, 2018.
