Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and lineman experience, required. Must have a current Class A CDL, or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree or higher, and teaching experience preferred. Substation and/or transmission experience preferred.
Position Description
Provide classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry, including how to install and repair electrical power systems. In conjunction with the Powerline Technician Training Supervisor, evaluate and improve program quality; stay abreast of regulations applicable to electrical line work such as OSHA and NESC; and advise students.
Salary: Based on education and experience.
Start Date: February 1, 2021.
Closing Date: January 22, 2021, or open until filled.
