High school diploma and three years’ experience working in manufacturing environment required
Preferred Qualifications
experience with training in manufacturing setting preferred
Position Description
Provide strategic leadership and direction in the development, documentation, and delivery of customized training to meet the needs of businesses and industries in Person and Caswell counties; flexible schedule to include training across multiple shifts, documentation of training and trainees, and budget management; occasional evening, and/or weekend work, and possible travel; time shared between office duties and onsite company training.
