Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Training:

Completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by at least one year of college studies, with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 or greater.

Position Description

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage communications with CCN members through the College’s Customer Relationship Management platform.
  • Track grant sub-award reporting schedule and issue reminders to project directors on the status of reports outstanding and/or approaching due dates.
  • Correspond with project directors to secure missing data/information/receipts or to clarify report content.
  • Maintain and update CCN online shared folders.
  • Assist CCN staff in organizing meetings, conferences, or other events.
  • Assist CCN staff in collecting information from member educational institutions for the website, annual report, and quarterly newsletters.
  • Research information as required.
  • Attend weekly CCN meetings and prepare and post meeting minutes in a shared folder.
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the Director of Grants and Special Projects in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
