Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Systems Security, Cyber Security, Computer Information Technology, Information Assurance, or related field.
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Experience working with unclassified geospatial imagery.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
Preferred Qualifications
Background working within the Department of Defense space.
Position Description
Duties may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate internal and external resources at Fayetteville Technical Community College to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing consistent contact on project status and changes.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
- Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSR’s) to the Civil-Military Innovation Institute.
- Participate in weekly and biweekly calls with stakeholders from the Pathfinder AI Data Labeling project.
- Learn the current processes from Fayetteville Technical Community College and develop methodology to share that information with expansion colleges.
- Work with expansion colleges to implement the methodologies used at Fayetteville Technical Community College and develop methodologies that work best for those respective colleges.
- Provide remote and on-site support for Fayetteville Technical Community College and partner colleges serving on the Pathfinder project.
- Maintain partnership with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and serve as point of contact to coordinate NGA efforts to enhance the project.
- Supply end of semester statistical updates to the Army Research Lab.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Provide periodic reports concerning project tasks to the Civil-Military Innovation Institute.
