Education Minimum: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.
Education Preferred: Associate's degree in a business, computer or other related field.
Experience Minimum: Experience working in a K-12 school system or experience working in a community college.
Experience Preferred: One year or more experience working in the community college setting with Colleague, standardized testing, LEIS data reporting or Basic Skills programs.

Position Description
Summary
Assists in multiple areas of Basic Skills programs, as needed, to provide direct instructional support to faculty members and currently enrolled students.
Additional Information:
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of students or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
