Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. A High School diploma or GED, and valid NC driver’s license are required.
Six months security experience and CPR certification.
Provide protection for faculty, staff, students, and campus property. Must be able to patrol campus on foot and in vehicles; and complete reports for incidents on campus as well as for off-campus extension sites. Additional duties include issuing Warning Tickets or Fine Assessments for parking infractions, directing traffic, and crowd control during peak periods and special events. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. A High School diploma or GED, and valid NC driver’s license are required. Six months security experience and CPR certification, is preferred. If hired, all applicants are subject to a criminal background check.
Salary: Minimum of $7.25 per hour. Hours as needed, but no more than 27 per week.
Start Date: August 27, 2018.
