Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in at least one of the following areas in a supervisory position: Education, Curriculum Development and/or Instruction, career planning, and/or records management in an educational environment.

Position Description
The incumbent will have the following duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate curriculum student records.
- Provide transfer credit evaluations.
- Facilitate the implementation of RCC’s academic policies.
- Prepare reports for state, federal and external agencies.
- Coordinate degree audits and certifying students for graduation.
- Manage the Reverse Transfer program.
- Verify enrollment and/or graduation status for educational, employment, and other inquiries.
- Review student records for potential customizations and update records when applicable.
- Work with program areas to determine eligibility for non-course credits based on review of prior learning assessment portfolios.
- Assist with planning and supervision of graduation ceremonies.
- Create and run Informer Reports as needed for college, state, and federal reporting.
- interpret the mission, educational philosophy, and vision statements of Robeson Community College to the general public.
- Represent the College professionally and handling all business affairs confidentially.
- Coordinate efforts to comply with FERPA and related regulations.
- Improve electronic access to curriculum information and student records.
- Supervise the creation of the academic calendar.
- Serve on college committees as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in college and community events which will require evening and weekend hours.
