Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field is required.  A North Carolina Insurance License is required in any of the following areas:  Life, Accident & Health, Property, Casualty, Personal Lines, Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care.  Applicants must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and use of technology.  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching online and bilingual are preferred. 

Position Description

Instructional duties include preparing and teaching courses in the subject area.  Teaching assignments may include on-campus classes during the evening and online.  Responsibilities include teaching courses online and possibly traditional seated day or evening classes on campus; maintaining instructional records; submitting reports in a timely manner; and performing other duties as directed by the Department Chair.

If selected for employment, the applicant must submit to a criminal background check and drug screening.
