Requires a high school diploma/equivalent.
Previous law enforcement/public safety training or security work preferred.
Under the direction of the Director, College Safety, ensure the safety and protection of students, staff, faculty, and visitors on the Person County Campus; respond to calls for service-related work as assigned; perform duties related to maintaining the safety and security of facilities, grounds, materials and equipment. Assist to create, maintain, and prepare reports for annual requirements. Initiate mass notification system in emergencies. Assist in coordinating duties of contracted security services.
Hours needed: Monday-Friday (daytime/evening hours are determined by scheduling)
