Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Must be customer service oriented. High School diploma or GED and valid NC license, required.
Six (6) months clerical/office experience preferred.
Under the direction of the Security Chief, work as a communication conduit between students, security, and staff. Utilize a two-way radio as needed; process identification cards for faculty, staff, and students; answer security office phone; utilize multiple databases to obtain information; filing; data entry; parking placard registration; fill in as a security officer as needed; and perform other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. Must be customer service oriented. High School diploma or GED and valid NC license, required. Six (6) months clerical/office experience preferred. If hired, applicant is subject to a criminal background check. Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with flexibility, as needed.
Salary: $7.25 per hour.
