Minimum Qualifications
An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in criminal justice or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience directly related to the position duties, well documented in the application packet, may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Demonstrate any combination of education, experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities to successfully perform all required duties.
Possession of or must obtain a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
A graduate of a Basic Security Officers Training Course or Basic Law Enforcement is preferred.
Position Description
The Security Field Supervisor will lead day-to-day security activities proactively providing a safe learning environment to the College community.
Must be available to work any shift schedule to include various hours and days.
Ensure the department personnel are professionally trained to perform their duties
Work in inclement weather conditions
