  • Associate’s degree in Office Systems Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology or closely related field from an accredited college
  • Two (2) years’ professional experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Colleague
  • Supervisory experience

POSITION

Senior Administrative Assistant-WFD

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

The Senior Administrative Assistant performs a range of administrative, clerical, and project support duties in support of the Workforce Development Department. This position maintains current knowledge of appropriate college and departmental policies, processes and procedures in an effort to ensure efficiency and integrity of the department. This position actively participates in the planning and coordination of projects, activities and initiatives undertaken by the department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in Office Systems Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology or closely related field from an accredited college
  • Two (2) years’ professional experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks
