Position Description


Under the supervision of CEWD Director of Auditing Training, this position provides the assistance of Heritage Arts (HAP) and other Personal Enrichment courses. The program assistant will be responsible for contract entry, student registration, grading, data entry, and timely reporting.


  • Maintains high standards of accuracy in exercising duties and responsibilities
  • Maintains good rapport with program instructors on behalf of the Director
  • Takes immediate action to correct error or deficiencies that occur with HAP or Personal Enrichment course paperwork submission
  • Assists with internal audits in order to ensure compliance through quality record keeping
  • Utilized CEWD’s schedule database
  • Maintains good rapport and communication with college personnel, and advisory team members
  • Maintains open communication with the Director of Internal Auditor/Records and HAP Program Director
  • Submits accurate documentation
  • Attends routine one-on-one meetings
  • Provides administrative support to Director, specifically with instructional contract review, data entry, and grading
  • Interact and communicate effectively with various groups and individuals to include the President, Vice President, college supervisors, business office staff, vendors, students, sponsors, grantors, state personnel, and external auditors
  • Performs other duties as assigned
