Responsible for maintaining and updating student records (in paper and electronic formats) and processing correspondence to support the enrollment status and documentation of attendance for students.  Specific duties include processing student and instructor withdrawals, reinstatements, and transcripts; maintaining and updating official class rosters; processing and updating instructor attendance forms; assisting with the notification process of student withdrawals to instructors; preparing routine correspondence in support of the Registrar’s Office and Student Services; and assisting with student registration, graduation, and/or related projects in support of the Student Services Division.  Daytime position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.  High school diploma or AHS/GED credentials required.  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.  Excellent communication, customer service skills and office organizational skills required.  Work experience or a degree in an information systems or office systems technology field preferred.

Salary:  $2,014.00 per month.  Work schedule:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with occasional evening hours.
