Minimum Requirements (Applicant must meet all of the minimum requirements)
1. Associate degree;
2. Two years of full-time or equivalent work experience in an office environment with current knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, to include database applications;
3. Two years of full-time or equivalent work experience in Human Resources related duties or employment recruiting duties;
4. Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

1. Associate degree in Human Resources, Office Systems Technology, or Business Administration.
2. Experience working in human resources in a college or university.
3. Experience with Adobe Pro, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar software.
4. Experience using Colleague or similar information system.
5. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
6. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
Position Description
Job Description Summary
Serves as contact for information and assistance related to the hiring of part-time temporary, adjunct, and student employees of the College. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding applicant, employee, and former employee information. Supports the selection and hiring process by providing accurate, courteous, and efficient service to the various internal and external customers served by this position. Supports Professional Development with NEO, course scheduling, and workshops.
Duties
Responsibilities:
1. Follows the Colleges Policies & Procedures and applicable laws related to employment, hiring, credentials, and related areas.
2. Serves as a resource for candidates inquiring about positions and needing assistance with their application.
3. Works with HR Coordinator or Director of Employment & Employee Relations to schedule full-time interviews and email interview confirmations.
4. Compiles interviewer packets for full-time interviews.
5. Gathers new hire paperwork for new hires, entering the e-Verify, and ensuring all paperwork is completed for new hires.
6. Attends job fairs as needed.
7. Answers HR main phone line and distributes calls to appropriate HR staff.
8. Monitors, distributes, and responds to inquiries in the HR email inbox in a timely manner.
9. Disseminate incoming mail from the mail courier for Sunnicrest.
10. Works with Employment Specialist in training and providing guidance to supervisors on the use of the electronic Personnel Action Form (ePAF) system for hiring, re-hiring, internal secondary employment, and documenting credentials.
11. Works with other HR Staff to provide coverage of the front desk.
12. Assists with filing and auditing projects as needed.
13. Completes year-end supply inventory for the Business Office.
14. Assists with delivering and/or storing received office supplies for Sunnicrest Building.
15. Maintains archive files.
16. Coordinates NEO luncheons.
17. Maintains Professional Development SharePoint Form for scheduling professional development.
18. Orders office supplies and manages e-Procurement for the Professional Development.
19. Creates new PD courses and schedules them in LearnerWeb calendar.
20. Manages logistics of PD workshops and PD events.
21. Attend PD and Employment department meetings.
22. Contributes to the College Vision, Mission, Values, and RISE statement.
23. Performs other duties as assigned.
