Minimum Qualifications
Requires Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; detail oriented; possess organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial Aid and customer service experience preferred.
Position Description
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical assistance to the Financial Aid/Veterans Affairs Office including but not limited to FAFSA completion, scanning, researching scholarship opportunities and website updates. Serve as first point of contact for students seeking financial aid assistance; responsible for maintaining and promoting scholarship opportunities; assist students with verification process and FAFSA application; process financial aid correspondence.
