Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s degree is preferred.
Position Description
The purpose of this position is to coordinate recruitment efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for the institution’s service regions and internal coordination of the College’s participation in outreach activities. This position coordinates, evaluate, and execute a recruitment plan that targets market populations for PCC; prepares regular reports for the Director, Admissions & Recruitment documenting recruitment activities; understands and interprets admissions and placement policies, procedures, and degree requirements; refers students to college resources and services as necessary; designs and implements a tracking process for student interest; responds to requests from students, community agencies, and campus community by providing exemplary internal and external customer service.
