Position Description
POSITION
Student Recruitment Coordinator
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
The Student Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating student recruitment by developing, implementing and executing programs and initiatives for contacting, visiting and informing prospective students of Craven Community College programs, culture, mission, and campus life. This position develops and implements recruiting plans and participates in outreach events to ensure enrollment goals are met regarding applications, acceptances and enrolled students. This position also conducts research, prepares formal reports and recommends new strategies for increasing enrollment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field from an accredited institution
- Two years’ experience in customer service, marketing and/or recruitment
SALARY/BENEFITS
- Hiring range is $35,000 - $40,000
- Benefits include paid holidays, annual and sick leave, medical insurance, and participation in the N.C. State Retirement System.
