Position Description
Job Description
The Student Success Coordinator is a part-time, 12-month position located on the OCH Campus in Monroe, NC. Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Student Success, the Student Success Coordinator provides administrative support for the areas of Student Success to include, academic advising, academic support, eLearning, international education, the library learning commons, and secondary education partnerships. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, an uncompromising commitment to integrity, and the ability to efficiently multi-task and manage complex projects to completion.
Job Duties
· Schedule meetings, events and activities as needed
· Assist with monitoring progress of Student Success projects and timelines deliverables
· Maintain attention to detail and complete tasks according to deadlines
· Maintain a variety of regular and confidential documents including general correspondence, reports, forms, contracts, and memorandums from rough draft or from verbal instructions; prepare copies of documents; distribute information
· Assist with maintaining the budget
· Schedule and maintain Associate Vice President’s calendar
· Prepare agendas and type and distribute minutes for leadership and departmental meetings
· Perform other duties as assigned
