Minimum Qualifications

A minimum five years of experience as a Taxidermist • Have a thorough and accurate knowledge of taxidermy • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills   

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Community College experience, and experience with assessment of student and program learning outcomes.

Position Description

Seeking an experienced taxidermist who will prepare and deliver course content in the art of taxidermy under the general supervision of the Dean of Career and Technical Education. Plan and deliver course content, maintain grade and attendance records (as required), recognize and respond appropriately to student needs, utilize clear learning goals and well-planned activities. Topics of instruction will include fish, fowl, and large/small game.
