- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or other college degree preferred
The mission of the College Printing and Mail Services Department is to support the educational experience for students, faculty, and staff by providing reliable, high quality equipment and services that meet the photocopying and mail services needs of the college.
The College Printing Center provides on-site duplicating services for a wide range of finished products. These products include, but are not limited to syllabi, exams, class schedules, flyers, brochures, posters, handouts and more.
The Mailroom receives and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail. Incoming mail is disbursed to staff mailboxes on the day received and all outgoing mail is delivered to the Post Office daily. Mail Services receives all packages delivered by UPS, FedEx and inter-departmental deliveries.
Shipping and Receiving is responsible for maintaining records of all products shipped out of, and received by, the college. They process all incoming and outgoing packages. Incoming packages are opened and contents verified to match the purchase order. They follow up with vendors to investigate and resolve any discrepancies. When the shipment involves inventory items, this position is responsible for affixing proper asset tags prior to deployment. Necessary information is entered into the College’s accounting system. Contents are then promptly delivered to the appropriate office(s).
