Requires Associate’s Degree and three years prior technology support experience; excellent communication and computer skills; be comfortable in different positions such as kneeling, standing, crouching and crawling for long periods of time; able to lift 50-100 pounds on occasion; and able to execute maintenance plans in labs, classrooms, and professional development settings

Position Description
Provide instructional and academic IT support and technical assistance to all Title III students, faculty, and staff members; serve as resource and liaison to Title III staff and PCC’s IT department; basic troubleshooting skills related to all hardware and software as well as network connectivity; set up and operating AV and multimedia equipment; retain an inventory of all equipment and maintenance records; maintain functioning computer labs and assist with ITV technology; ability and knowledge of videoconferencing equipment; document maintenance plans, and collaborate with IT department.
