Minimum Qualifications

Requires Associate’s Degree and technology support experience; ability and knowledge of videoconferencing equipment; excellent communication and computer skills; be comfortable in different positions such as kneeling, standing, crouching and crawling for long periods of time; able to lift 50-100 pounds on occasion; and able to execute maintenance plans in labs, classrooms, and professional development settings.

Position Description

Provide instructional and academic IT support and technical assistance; basic troubleshooting skills related to all hardware and software as well as network connectivity; set up and operating AV and multimedia equipment; retain an inventory of all equipment and maintenance records; maintain functioning computer labs and assist with ITV technology; document maintenance plans; and collaborate with IT department.
