Training:
An Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college is required.
Experience:
Three years of increasingly responsible academic, customer service, or test proctoring experience is required.

Position Description
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Must enroll and pass the computerized Test Center Administrator exam within 30 days upon hire and maintain certification annually.
Maintain strict confidentiality of records and other materials or information of a confidential or sensitive nature as it relates to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).
Greet and check-in candidates, verify identification, and explain exam process.
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to client policies using careful judgment.
Proctor/invigilate candidates using audiovisual system as outline by the client.
Store and secure candidates’ personal belongings.
Escort candidates to workstation and from workstation.
Maintain computer hardware and software necessary to run the Testing Center in an effective and efficient manner.
Assist in the maintenance and security of all testing and supplemental materials.
Complete light housekeeping duties such as sanitizing each workstation after candidate’s examination.
Respond to the needs of the community, students, faculty, and staff through phone calls and emails.
Work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as requested.
