Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a nationally accredited college or university and experience in teaching, training, counseling, or testing.
Must be able to qualify for the certification as an Examiner with GED Testing Service and a Testing Administrator with ETS HiSET within 2 months of employment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include two evenings and two Saturdays a month.

Announcement Summary
Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified applicants for a Part-time High School Equivalency Testing Administrator position in the College and Career Readiness Department. Test Administrators are responsible for the overall quality, security, and confidentiality of the High School Equivalency testing program. Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, demonstrate flexibility, and possess unquestionable integrity and be able to handle groups of test takers in an effective, efficient, and friendly manner.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of testing sessions.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials and documentation.
Inventory and place into secure storage all testing materials as required by state guidelines.
Conduct testing sessions in accordance with state and vendor policies and procedures.
Resolve any testing issues that arise in the Coordinator’s absence.
Respond to the needs of the community, students, faculty, and staff through phone calls and emails.
Candidate will NOT be involved in any kind of instructional environment.
