Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited Institution plus Microsoft office software experience with coursework in Education, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field. Two years of related experience.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with a diverse population.

Position Description
Plans, organizes and directs administrative activities relating to all College and Career Readiness testing programs. Represents Nash Community by establishing and managing professional testing partnerships with national testing vendors, as well as North Carolina Community College System (NCCC) Office representatives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and administers the High School Equivalency exams per vendor standards including providing special testing accommodations for students with learning, physical or emotional disabilities.
- Oversees the use of an electronic scoring system, providing prompt student notification documentation of results.
- Maintains all required records required by the National Testing service.
- Provides support/student record information to instructional and administrative staff at local and state level.
- Oversees day to day operations of the Testing Center, including the testing schedule.
- Attends required college, state, or national meetings.
- Inventory and maintain secure materials.
- Provides management and leadership for the daily operations of the following professional testing programs:
- GED® Online
- HiSet®
- CRC
- Pearson Vue
- TABE
- TABE Class-E
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting for all assessments.
- Administers testing at Nash Correctional Institution.
- Maintains confidentiality of individual scores.
- Enters HSE completion information in Colleague.
- Participate in professional development activities provided by NCC.
- Participate in College events and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned which contribute to the efficient and effective operation of NCC.
- Serve on various committees as assigned.
- Participate in and support ongoing assessment, planning and evaluation to improve student learning.
