An Associate’s degree is required. The Testing Facilitator must possess strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to manage time, prioritize work, and handle multiple task simultaneously. The Facilitator must be a self-starter and able to adapt to diverse situations. Must have a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision. The Testing Facilitator must possess excellent customer/student service skills in working with diverse populations including student, staff, faculty, and the general public.
Experience in post-secondary education is preferred. A National Career Readiness Certificate and bilingual are preferred.
Duties include administering placement tests to students, scoring tests, entering and maintaining accurate applicant and student information in Colleague and E’trieve, running reports, as well as maintaining equipment and software. The Testing Facilitator will provide administrative support for the counseling area as well as provide customer service to the school and community by answering and screening calls, providing referrals, maintaining computer files, and keeping up-to-date with new policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include other related duties as requested by the Director of Counseling.
