A Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in adult education and high school equivalency (HSE) testing are required. The Testing Facilitator must possess the ability to work with a diverse population and be available to work evenings and weekends. The Facilitator is required to pass the HSE examiner exam annually and must be physically able to administer the HSE test four hours without a break.
Experience with the Ellucian Colleague is preferred. A National Career Readiness Certificate (NCR) and bilingual are preferred.
The Testing Facilitator will administer the HSE on campus and at correctional facilities, create the HSE answer sheets using Wizard, and scan HSE tests and disseminate scores in a timely manner. Additional duties include creating HSE testing schedules and coordinating HSE testing and score sheets with the System Office. The Facilitator will assist with disability accommodations testing in TPCC and the Academic Testing Center. Duties also include providing a HSE graduation list, assisting with departmental planning, and performing any other duties requested by the Coordinator of Student Support for WCES.
