Requires Master’s degree in counseling, higher education, adult education, or related field. At least three years of administration and fiscal grant management experience. Ability to provide leadership and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students; and have computer skills sufficient to access student database information and prepare appropriate administrative reports.
Monitor and assist in the progress of all activity objectives and implementation strategies; maintain project budget and ensure appropriate use of funds; establish effective communications; ensure the development of effective and objective evaluation; supervise and serve on hiring committees for grants; collaborate with other divisions to ensure success; prepare project and fiscal reports for submission to the U.S. Department of Education (DOE); and ensure compliance with Title III and DOE policies and grant terms and conditions.
