Position Description
The Transfer and Student Success Coach reports to the Director of Enrollment and Student Success and will serve as a member of the College’s enrollment team by assisting with admissions, orientation, and student success efforts.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Promote transfer opportunities
- Manage university admission agreements
- Serve as success coach for designated transfer and special population students
- Oversee and administer the College’s retention software to promote student success
- Perform other duties as assigned
