Assist individuals in their employment and training activities.  Services include, but are not limited to job search activities, eligibility determination and enrollment for Title I and/or Title III programs, career advising, case management, making referrals to additional resources, training enrollment, assisting with individual employment plans, and employment search activities.  This position will also be expected to provide employer services and keep abreast of the latest employment trends to ensure business get qualified, trained candidates.  Associate’s degree, required.  Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in public administration, human resource development, or a related field, preferred.  A minimum of two years of human services experience in education, public administration, career development or workforce development, preferred.  This is a grant funded position.  Twenty-seven and one-half (27.5) hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Salary:  Based on education and experience.
