Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related business field or High School diploma with a minimum of 10 years Business Management experience required.  Strong computer and written communication skills. Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowlege ofcommunity building.  Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives without direct supervision.

Position Description

Responsible for working directly with WIOA-eligible Montgomery County residents to secure training and employment opportunities.  Conducts outreach and recruitment of youth customers.  Provides counseling and case management to each program participant, analyzing their work background, skills and interests to customize a career plan.  Provide customer service and front desk coverage for the career center.
